We provide a comprehensive service on a national basis from our team of fully trained engineers. A unique feature offered by Emergency Response is our guaranteed response time within 48 hours from the time the call is logged to completion. 

Emergency Response Ltd does not require any customer to ever post a unit to us for repair as we pride ourselves on our on site repair time. Another unique feature of our business is that we do not charge any call out or repair fee unlike some of our competitors in the market place.

Our Lifeline units carry a full 10 year warranty, parts and labour. Maintenance will be carried within a 48-hour period, providing the customer's monitoring fee is paid up to date.

Our nationwide service and support network is well established. With a large stockholding of genuine, fully tested parts available for immediate dispatch and more than 30 of our own engineers strategically located around the 26 counties in Ireland, we have the capacity to respond rapidly to your needs, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
