Our Telecare Support Team is there to assist you in providing you with in depth information on the range of our telecare products.  Our radio receivers conform to EN300 220-3 Class 1 - which means they are approved for the protection of human life, under the EU RTTE Directive 95/5/EC.

The changing times

The population in Ireland over the last ten years has increased by 17%.  The number of people aged 65+ has also increased by 13% in the last ten years and is set to further increase over the next ten years by an additional 10%. It's a fact that people are living longer and will need care as they age, in particular those aged 80 and over.  This puts an onus on carers and family members who care for their loved ones, which is often 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Governments across the world face demographic and social changes as there are 600 million people globally aged 60 and over.  This figure is set to double by the year 2025. With 860 million people worldwide with a chronic disease this places a strain on the healthcare resources available.

Telecare is an assistive technology which plays a pivotal role in providing support systems in people's homes.  Our telecare systems can monitor the person's activities and safety whilst providing reassurance through effective communication with the monitoring centre through the lifeline unit.

Our mission

The core mission of Emergency Response Ltd is to be the market leader in the Irish market and the people's choice for telecare systems. Through continuous research and development we are confident that our excellence in delivering quality telecare solutions means we can successfully provide health, well-being and independence to our customers.
